Processing Times

Shipping

- Shipping times are estimates and while generally accurate this is out of our hands once your item is passed to the shipping partner. You will receive tracking once your shipping label has been created.

Returns

- All items are made to order and due to this fact, we do not accept returns.

Packaging with missing or damaged pieces.

- Please notify us within 7 days of item delivery. Please check your package contents immediately upon receiving. If you find something wrong with your order contact us and provide your name, order number, and details of damage as well as a photograph.
